Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We ship nationwide via courier. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. A flat shipping rate applies at checkout.

International Shipping We ship internationally to selected countries. International delivery times vary between 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@slangsociety.co.za and we'll investigate with the courier.
