Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale or discounted items, accessories, and items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return: Email returns@slangsociety.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
