Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or discounted items
• Accessories (e.g. caps, socks)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

How to Return

1. Email us at returns@slangsociety.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
